Hank Teran

Business Services Lead

Hank is the Business Services Lead at Obran Cooperative. He works with members at companies within the Obran portfolio, combining optimization and revenue-generating activities with the growth of worker ownership at each organization. He has honed his business development experience in the cooperative economy, generating and closing the first opportunities for platform co-ops including The Drivers Cooperative, SMAT, and Driver’s Seat. Before that, he worked on a few sales teams for software companies based in NYC. He holds a BBA from The University of Wisconsin.

Hank currently lives in Brooklyn, NY. When he’s not working on the expansion of the cooperative economy, he likes to read, ride his bike, run, and eat at diners with his brother (you better believe they’ve got a running notes doc).
